Unauthorized driver of a vehicle
My daughter's boyfriend has been driving a car in my name without authorization several times. He has been told not to drive it, but she is allowing him to. They currently live together. Other than taking the car away from her, is there anything we can do to keep him from getting behind the wheel. We are afraid of any liability in case of an accident, etc.

If it is your car and you have told him he cannot drive it and he takes it without your permission you can call the police and report it stolen.
