Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
Warrant Arrest
My son was sentence to weekend reporing he failed to do as told, he was picked up on warrant, now he is in jail,charges say fail to comply with reporting service.No bond set...He has a bad back and needs medication.Is there anything that can be done to hurry process of him appearing before judge...This is in greenville county s.C.

Best you can do is make everyone aware of his medical condition. His lawyer, the prosecutor, the jail and his probation officer if he has one.
