Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
Will a pardon from instances in 1988 and 1999 allow me to join the military. The one in 1988 was burglary and i was 18 at the time, and the one in 1999 was simple possession and possession of a controlled substance.

I am not sure and I heard from an unofficial source recently that the military requirements have changed. It should be easy to find out. Just call a local recruiter. They will be happy to tell you.
