Failure to Appear charges stem from Bench Warrants. They term used is Lifted. You will need to have the Failure to Appear charges Lifted. Once that is done, you should be entitled to a bond, in which case a judge will set a bond amount and then you can be bonded out. I'm assuming a family member or friend is asking this question for you, since most inmates don't have access to the Internet. Who ever is asking, is free to call or email if has any questions.
