x wife accussing me of rape

my x wife is acussing me of raping her 2 years ago while she was asleep and on meds, can I be charged for this and she says all the proof she has is that she wrote the date down in her address book. If so what kind of proof does she need, we,ve been divorced 1 year, and she continues to harasse me, mentally.

Yes, you can be charged. The proof she would need in a trial would be whatever proof that would convince 12 people beyond a reasonable doubt that you did it.
