Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
How many years will be done?
If somebody had a charge of attempt to murder but got it knocked down to high aggervated charge and got out on probation but on the same day they got probation they went to jail for attempt to rob a convient store with a weapon the day before they went to court for the high aggervated charges. How many years would they happen to get?

There is no way of telling. Sentencing depends on a whole lot of factors. Such as the person's record, how bad the crime was, how much evidence there is, whether someone was hurt, whether the prosecutor has a good enough case to take to trial or not, etc. Every case is different and there is no way of guessing at such a thing without knowing much more about the case.
