Legal Question in DUI Law in South Carolina

1st offense driving under suspension

In 1998 I was stopped for DWI. I beat that in court, due to an illness that makes my blood level tremendously low. I was stopped a while back and was told my license were suspended due to the 1998 DWI case. I immediately contacted the town where I won the case, and they have no record of my being in court. Now I am going to court tomorrow on the DUS 1st offense. Normally I wouldn't have been driving, but I had no one else to take me to work that particular morning. What should I expect?

Re: 1st offense driving under suspension

Its hard to answer your question since you have not said whether your license is suspended or not. Also, you didn't say what you are going to court for. Traffic violations can have more than one court appearance. I also don't know whether you plan on pleading guilty, having a trial, etc., so its difficult to tell you what to expect.
