Re: acid reflux and breathalizer machines
As a DUI attorney and after years of handling DUI's, trying cases, legal classes on DUI Defense and reading oodles of manuels, I have never heard of acid reflux affecting the results. Even if it did, it would be such a tiny, tiny insignificant amount that it would make no meaningful difference. As to bring that or any other legal matter to the judge's attention, that all depends on how the case is handled in court, as the approach is not always the same, depending on the facts and evidence.
