Duac?

What does DUAC mean in South Carolina? Can you be charged with a DUAC without submitting a breath test or a sobriety test?

DUAC means, Driving with an Unlawful Concentration. They have to give you a breath test in order to convict a person with this charge. Did the person take the test?
