dui causing death or bodily harm
amount of marijuana in system is 0.03 is that enough for a conviction of the above mentioned dui causing death charge

Amount of marijuana?? Are you sure that wasn't alcohol? To convict someone of Driving Under the Influence, they have to prove that they were under the influence. If it was just .03 of alcohol, then that is not much. I have never seen any sort of test that showed a number like that for marijuana. There also has to be evidence of impaired driving.
