is a dui in south carolina considered a felony. my girlfriend got her second dui and she wants to know if it is considered a felony

Your typical, run of the mill DUI is not a felony. However, in SC we do have a charge called Felony DUI that only applies is some one was seriously injured or killed. If your girlfriend simply got a DUI and there was no accident nor injuries, then it is not a felony. What county was it it? Robert Johnston [email protected]
