Legal Question in DUI Law in South Carolina

Dui 1

I just got a dui for the second time.

I was charged with dui 1.

To me ithink that what you are charged for should be what it is i got a six month suspension 1000 dollar fine.

Had to sighn up for school go to Columbia sixty miles away

pay 100 dollars to get a permit.

What happen now is thay said my license will be suspended

for Implied Consent and dui 2 this gives me 18 months no licence and thay took my permit.

I live 18 miles from where i work and have no other way to get there.

Please help what can I do
