Legal Question in DUI Law in South Carolina

I was found guilty of some charges in my absence while in federal custody. How is this possible and what can I do to rectify the problem?

I have no idea how it happened, but the convictions cannot stand. If you were in the custody of the government, then the government cannot try the case without you. Simple as that. You need an attorney to file a motion to set aside the verdict. Its not complicated. Its just a matter of proving that you were in custody at the time of the trial.
