Ever hear of a 9096???

I was charged with an open container and a minor possession charge for less than an ounce of marijuana. I asked for a breathalizer but they didnt give me one they just took me to jail. My friend said to ask for a 9096, Im curious if anyone is familiar with this term?

Never heard of it. You didn't ask, but I'm curious about something. Whey did you ask for a breathalizer if you were not charged with an alcohol offense?
