Legal Question in DUI Law in South Carolina

Illegal Arrest

I was arrested for Dui, and child endangerment...The state trooper didn't stop me..I had been home for 35 minutes when he barged in my house, without warrant or any cause. He did not knock, just opened the door and came in...He did not know the driver of the car, he threatened my 10-year old son with jail..Scared my son to death..Took me jail..I had been home for 35-minutes with sober witnesses, had drank three beers while at home...blew only 10...He filed a false police report..stating that he arrested me in the car with my 7-year daughter..I don't have a daughter, just three boys..He also stated that the reason he did not any film of me when he stopped me, was that his patrol car wasn't fitted with a camera...All state troopers in s.c. have camera's..They dismissed the case...But I can't find a lawyer in S.C. to help me file a civil suit against this trooper for violating my civil rights, and defamation of character..what is your advice?
