I was stoppd for dui .19 and was under suspension from 10-24-2004 to 11-22-2004 and now I got a letter from Columbia highway department telling me I can reinstate my license Before I didn't have insurance in my name was driving friends car.Columbia said I have to enroll in adsap and pay 100.00 reinstatement fee can you tell me what kind of insurance I will have to have to reinstate my license? thanks
