minor posession of beer
My son was charged at a college party where kegs were out back. He was inside not drinking. Officer asked how many drinks he had. He said none and offered to take a test. She wrote a ticket saying he had one beer. They ticketed all under age. Let Everyone else go. Its his word against the officer's. How do we fight this?

If your son truely wants to fight it, then the best procedure would be to retain a criminal defense attorney and have a jury trial. However, that can be very risky. There are some great alternatives to going to trial and often they can be accommplished for less money and with getting the arrest taken off his record, which is probably of great importance to him.
