Legal Question in DUI Law in South Carolina

I have a Minor in Possession charge pending and I have hired a lawyer to defend me for it. Last night I was riding with a friend to a party who was the DD for that night and we got pulled over because he did a rolling stop at a stop sign. The Cop searched the care and I had a bottle of wine with me. He wrote me a ticket for minor in possession. I was trying to find out if I could enroll in AEP for both charges because I haven't been convicted of either yet. This is of course just in case I don't win in court.

I'm an attorney in Myrtle Beach. In this county the program that your referring to will allow someone with two separate charges from two separate dates combine them into the program together. Its not automatic and you can always try and ask.
