Minor in Possession
If I was charged with a MIP, are there any alternatives to going to court. ive heard of ADP and PTI. would that be a good idea or would it be better to just go ahead to court and pay the ticket?

An alternative program to prosecution would definately be the best way to go. That way you could avoid a criminal record and a perspective employer would not be suspicious that maybe you have an alcohol problem.
