Legal Question in DUI Law in South Carolina
i was pulled over for dwi in s.c I passed the breath test 3 times then was asked to pee at hospital and showed possitive for thc. I dont know what will happen.Now im going to jury trial.

You should hire a lawyer. The prosecutor will be far more willing to reduce it or if there is legal grounds, even dismiss it.
