Failure to provide appropriate level of education
Is it possible to bring a lawsuit against a technical school for not providing an effective learning environment and qualified instructors?
If so, what type of attorney handles this speciality?

If you are talking about a public vocational technical school (grades 9-12) and the student has been identified or should have been identified as having a disability or disabilities then the law provides protection. If it is a private school, there is not protection. If you are referring to a post-secondary technical school (i.e. after high school) there is no law that mandates provisons for an appropriate education.
