Legal Question in Education Law in South Carolina

Licensure

I need to know if i have to obtain a massage license in SC to practice Reflexology. Some sites online say yes, some say no. I have contacted license and labor boards in Sc with no response. Thank you for any info.!!

I believe that Reflexology is considered a form of massage and must be licensed in South Carolina and in NY.
