You may have recourse in the County Superior Court where the transferor is a resident. It is an uphill battle, but that is the only court that can over turn a property transfer. You will most likely need an attorney and a large retainer to win such a case. All of this is predicated upon the fact that your parents have not already been declared legally incapacitated. If that is the case then other circumstances may apply.
