Type of release needed?

I'm going to film a video about a strip club. I want to make it clear that I will own all the footage I shoot and not the club owner. Is a simple location agreement stating that I would own the rights to the footage enough to ensure this, or do I need to draft a detailed release for the club to sign as it's own person/entity like I have my models sign? I ask because I wont just be filming an empty location since strippers will be present. I will have all the strippers sign the detailed release.

You would likely need some pretty specific language and release forms from the dancers. You may even have to comply with 2257 requirements. I would be happy to speak with you about this.
