15 year old visitation

does a 15 year old have the right to refuse visitation?

The child does not have the right to override a Court Order granting visitation, nor does the custodial parent. If the child does not want to visit, then the custodial parent may want to consider bringing an action to modify the visitation, which would allow a Judge to consider the facts and decide if any changes are necessary.

Failure to comply with the existing Order could land the custodial parent in a contempt situation, which could expose him/her to jail time, fines, etc.
