Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
i am 25 years old, my girlfriend is over 18 now, we were dating over year. But her family do not like me and don't want me to date her, now she is over 18, she want to move out with me. if we are live together, will we get any trouble if her parent call police?

There is nothing that her family or law enforcement can do about a relationship between two consenting adults, which applies to her if she's over 18.
