Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

My 6 yr old son's father has daytime every other weekend visits.

My son says father has given him a drink of beer and also has left him and other child unattened in a public place. Can I have his visitations changed to be supervised due to this?

If you can prove those allegations, then you may be able to have his visitation changed to supervised. If you make the allegations and then cannot prove it, then it could backfire on you though.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
