13 yr old visitation

i currently have joint custody and court ordered visitation. if my wife takes me back to court will a judge allow my 13yr daughter to visit when she decides she wants to?My ex say that it is our 13yr decision?

If the mother fails to send the child for the specified periods of visitation, she can be held in contempt of court and punished accordingly. Most judges would be very reluctant to allow a 13 year old child to dictate to the parents when she will / will not visit.
