Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

abandoned w/ 2 mortgages

married in nov,2006 he made me buy a house in S.C and moved mychildren and myself here, the kids are not his.I paid to move everything here, and paid all the bills since we got here, both mortgages, except for 500.00 dollars he gave me since we arrived here feb 10th this year. then he ditched my 3 kids and i here , with no money. houses in my name only. He left no money for bills, took all his money, I have no money, my credit is on the line, he left while I was at work removed items from the house , went back to tampa, buying expensive items, while I am struggling trying to go back to Tampa where my famly is because i am not familiar with this area, and I have no one here.

You can seek relief in Family Court, which can include him being forced to help you with the expenses you listed. The fact that the debts are titled only in your name does not mean that he gets to walk away free and clear.
