Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

adoption

i am the bio father of two boys, i have full custody, i married another woman(not bio mother),we were told that she cannot be on the mediciad with us ,as she is not the boys bio mother, is this correct?, and if not what can we do? , and if it is ,what can we do to get her on it(adoption,legal gaurdian?ect... what would these generaly cost? we are on a limited income,she is one of the boys primary care givers along with me.

Whether or not she qualifies for Medicaid is solely up to Medicaid, and you need to check with them to see what their eligibility requirements are as well as their appeals procedure if you disagree with their decision.
