Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

adoption law

the rights of my son were termanated if i go through a private lawyer does this mean i can not adopt. the judge said they were termanated because of child support the agency said they do not termanated for that reason but that IS why they were termanated. Can i do a private adoption or do I have some type of case to get my son back. they were termanated in 2004?

Re: adoption law

Cases like this are very complex and dependent upon your specific facts. These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.

I would not be able to assist you with this case, but I have a good friend who handles these types of cases, and he is excellent. If you will contact my office, I will be glad to give you his name and contact information.

If you need more information, you can visit my family law blog (www.SCFamilyLaw.com) or our website (www.StevensFirm.com). I wish you the best of luck.
