girlfriend andi are not married,grandparent got custody i do notb want them to adpote her to them.

If you want custody of your child, you need to consult an attorney and file an action in Family Court. You don't mention anyone filing an adoption action, but if they do, you should be served wtih notice of it and have an opportunity to contest it.
