Adultery through cybersex

Is there any legal precedent for a claim of adultery by cybersex?

Re: Adultery through cybersex

The requirement for a divorce on adultery is the other spouse had (a) inclination and (b) opportunity to have sex with someone else. Cybersex can be used to show inclination in some cases, but obviously it doesn't help on the opportunity aspect.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
