me husband has admitted an affair and said he will not deny it. he has not spoken to a lawyer yet. is there a document i can have him sign now admitting it before he sees one?

You can attempt to have him sign an Affidavit admitting his adultery, including the details, and/or you can have him make an admission to another person, on audio tape, or on video tape.
