my sons mother is not letting me see or speak to my son and is threating to disappear with how can i stop this and how do i go about getting custody

If the mother is interfering with your relationship with your son, you can certainly seek custody based upon that fact. Many judges will not hesitate to change custody if a compelling showing can be made that a parent is attempting to destroy the child's relationship with the other parent.
