Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
If an agreement for custody and child support is made in a South Carolina court and the child resides in North Carolina and the custodial parent does not conform to the order which state has duristiction.

It depends on how long the child and the custodial parent have been residing in North Carolina. While South Carolina might retain jurisdiction it might be easier to have the court enforce the order if the matter is brought where the custodial parent lives.
