alienation of affection
I have been seeing a guy who has been split fromhis wife for 7 months but no real legal seperation pappers have been drawn up. His wife has decieded now that she wants him back and is threatening to sue me. Can this be done?

Re: alienation of affection
South Carolina did away with alienation of affection as a civil cause of action many years ago. If she were to sue you for that, you could have the case dismissed and recover attorney's fees from her under the S.C. Frivolous Civil Proceedings Act.
