can i still get alimony if my hasband is in federal prison an his finacial matters and accounts are in his father name and under his control

There are many factors that the Court considers in an alimony case. One of the key factors is his ability to pay. If you can prove that he can pay, then you may be able to get alimony even if he is in prison (though that's a long shot).
These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
