anallment
My parents were divorced some 36 yrs ago, they both remarried. He went on to have 3 more children (never payed us any child support). My mother passed away 9 yrs ago and he came around asking for death certificate so he could have their marriage analled in the face of the church. My ? is this, can a marriage be analled if their r children of the union? He walked out on us and never paid a dime of support, now he wants to act as if we never happened at all, can he do this?

Re: anallment
The Family Court in this state would certainly not annul a marriage under the facts that you stated. What stance the Church would take it entirely up to them and is beyond the realm of what advice an attorney can give to you.
