After marriage in the state of Sc, how long does a person have to get an annulment?

I'm not aware of a time frame. I can tell you this though, most people cannot get an annulment. Basically speaking, its for a marriage that wasn't legal in the first place. For example, one of the participants was not of legal age, or a person was still married to someone else, etc.
