how can i file an appeal in family court without an attorney? it has been less than 10 days since final hearing.

In SC, there are very specific time limits that must be followed or your appeal will be dismissed. I echo the other suggestion that you hire an experienced appellate attorney to handle your appeal. Your chances of success if you do not are very slim.
