Appealing Adoption

We just found out the my exe has gotten married and her current husband has adoptted my girls without my knowledge or knowing. He is based in beaufort county on the parris island marine headquarters and are having trouble getting information about the case and how to handle it. Please tell me how I should file, what I should od, and who I may need to talk to. Thank you in advance.
