Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

I had a judge rule that he could not hear my motion to reconsider because my lawyer messed up and now it has been over my 30 days to do an appeal. Since the judge stated he has no jursidiction can I still file an appeal?

Generally with regard to an appeal (filing a Motion to Reconsider and/or Notice of Appeal), the timelines are set and if you miss one, you're probably out of luck.
