If a baby's dad starts paying support, does he automatily get visitation rights

Both visitation and child support are only "automatic" once the Court orders them. Absent a court order, it's all voluntarily. With that being said, unless there is a very good reason for the father not to have visitation, the court will certainly grant it to him.
