Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

I would like to see a basic legal seperatiion form not property settlement agreements we have been married 29 years our children are 26y,24y and a special needs son 22y who i have complete custody of! my husband name only is on everything we have his dental office, our house , two cars all of the checking, saving personal and business accounts we married in school before he got his office i graduated one year before him.no prenupitals we made a will about 20 years ago and cant find it nor the lawyer who did it says he doesn,t have a copy.most of the attorney's favor him or wont defend me because he has all the money . there has not been any recent violence he does not do drugs or a alcoholic. i do not work i take care of my son every day because there are no programs here for him also my health has been failing due to all the abuse, mental, physical, emotional fiancial i now have diabetes nervous problems and 4 months ago i ripped my shoulder muscle completely from my rotator cuff and need surgery to reconnect it. it causes me constant pain and i cant barely move it. my children are putting them selves thru college and can not help me at all.. for the past couple of years he has allowed me and our son to live freely in the house while he lives in a apartment. he also lets me drive the van
