Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Bench warrant for child support

I live in New York and have a bench warrant for the children of my father for child support issued in South Carolina. Both the child support order and bench warrant was issued in South Carolina. He has recently relocated to SC. The child support now exceeds 30K. How can I get that bench warrant served.

Re: Bench warrant for child support

Call the local Sheriff's Office in SC and ask how you might proceed with respect to the Warrant issued in SC.

You will need to provide current info re the father's home or place of employment.

Good luck,
