Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

my boyfriend and i went to court whiile living together about custody of our one year old son. My boyfriend was awarded primary custodial parent. We are still living together so are the court orders null and void now. I need to know so i know if i can take my child with me bc his dad doesnt take care of out child. I do. I simply need to know if i have to abide by the court papers although we are living to gether.
