My boyfriends ex wife had put in their divorce papers that the paramore could not be at pick up or drop off of the child or be in his presence from 10pm to 7am but we live together and hv gotten marriage papers can she really take his rights from him or is my child and me supposed to leave our home so he can hv his visits

Without knowing exactly what his Order says, it's not possible to answer that question. However, the term "paramour" would no longer apply if you and he get married.
