How do I get my boys back??
We were never married!!I left him and took our kids.Then 8 months later one day he picks them up at the bus after school without me knowing.I called cops and they didn't do anything!!!Then a few weeks after that he got me for child support.And he didn't let me see them for a year.We never went to court about custody,just CS.What do I do??

Much more information is needed to let you know what your options are. Under SC law, if the parents are not married, then the mother has custody until and unless the Court orders otherwise. Further, in order for there to be a child support obligation ordered, someone has to be granted custody.
