I own a business Curves - I am owner and husband is co owner - Can he take my business if I move into a apartment and leave my home

Depending on the specific facts of your case, the business may be a marital asset, and if so, it can be allocated in a separation/divorce case. Can he "take" it, meaning can he get all of it or keep you out of it -- probably not if it was "your" business.
